Problem
Teams want to cut software spend but lack a defendable brief: requirements, alternatives, TCO, and evidence that survives scrutiny.
What I Built
A vertical slice: one real ledger expense becomes a decision brief with requirements, commercial+FOSS research, deterministic TCO with evidence IDs, and a recommendation. No autonomous purchase or cancel.
How It Works
Ingest expense → build requirements profile → research options → compute TCO with evidence IDs → emit brief for a human decision.
Why It Matters
Entry commercial offer distinct from InvoiceProof (fraud) and BookScout (AP posting).
Technical Depth
Phases 1–6 complete; Phase 7 real-ledger probe is owner-gated. Real client ledgers stay confidential.
