Problem
Accounts payable arrives as email and attachments. Auto-posting without independent proof and a human gate creates silent ledger risk.
What I Built
BookScout OS (ap-hub) takes AP email through SwarmSync proof gates and produces reviewable QuickBooks proposals. Writes stay human-gated. It is distinct from ProofRail (construction draws/fees) and from InvoiceProof as an API product.
How It Works
Inbox intake → classification → proof checks → proposal for review → human approval → accounting write.
Why It Matters
Operator AP products need a different shape than construction draw OSes or standalone fraud APIs — BookScout is that shape.
Technical Depth
Installable per-business path with proof integration. Client books stay confidential; this page stays architecture-level.
